RETURN POLICY

Buyers wishing to return merchandise to must first email us at support@hikingandcampingscouts.com  and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

** We reserve the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at our own discretion. **

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at our expense. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to 2490 South 1350 West Nibley, UT 84321 (our returns handling center). Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item (excluding a small fee). Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Neither HikingAndCampingScouts.com or our return processor is responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. WE DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.

LOST IN SHIPMENT

It is the responsibility of buyers to notify HikingAndCampingScouts.com of any lost or damaged shipments. Buyer will be responsible for processing the return and claim for any damaged item HikingAndCampingScouts.com will process all traces and claims on lost or stolen packages. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

** Any address corrections made in transit or after shipment has occured will be invoiced a $10.00 fee. **

WARRANTY

All warranties for products purchased through HikingAndCampingScouts.com are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall HikingAndCampingScouts.com or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for HikingAndCampingScouts.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from HikingAndCampingScouts.com, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content that is taken from and or utilized from the HikingAndCampingScouts.com Web site.
